What are credits?
Credits are consumed per query. Each query uses a different number of credits depending on the model tier and response length. Standard models use fewer credits than premium models.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You won't be able to make new queries until your credits reset at the start of your next billing period, or you upgrade to a higher plan.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
Is there a free plan?
Yes! Every account includes a Free plan with 50 credits per month, access to standard models, and the public regulatory knowledge base. Upgrade anytime to unlock premium models, organizations, API access, and more.
What domains are available?
Business Continuity is live now, covering US and Singapore regulations. Risk Management and Cyber Resilience domains are coming soon. Enterprise customers can request custom domains.
How is Egret different from ChatGPT?

Can I cancel anytime?
